Q."The process you requested cannot continue because no activities have been detected for a certain length of time."
A.This message is displayed when you don't perform any activities for a certain length of time during the process. Please go back to the TOP page and repeat the whole process again.
If, however, this message is displayed after you click the Payment button, then confirm if you have received an e-mail with the content of the purchase to the registered address, and check your purchase history if your purchase is recorded.
This message may also be displayed when your browser settings do not match the system requirements. If this seems to be the case, check your browser settings.
Q."We are sorry, but the Site is experiencing congestion due to heavy traffic. Please try again a little later."
A.You may be restricted from accessing the site if many people are trying to use the site at the same time. Please try again sometime later.
Q."You have just experienced a transmission error."
A.You may not have been able to communicate with the site because of adverse line conditions or other reasons.
Please go back to the TOP page and repeat the whole process again.

A.Enter all credit card numbers using 2-byte numerals without including hyphens (-).
Q."Sorry, but we cannot continue the process. This situation may also occur when you use the "Back" button on your browser window."
A.Using multiple browsers at the same time or a heavy use of Back, Proceed and/or Cancel buttons of the browser may have caused the system to malfunction.
Stop all operations and go back to the TOP page to repeat the whole process again.
If, however, this message is displayed after you click the Payment button, then confirm if you have received an e-mail with the content of the purchase to the registered address, and check your purchase history if your purchase is recorded.

A.Please check if you are entering correct User ID and password.
Only 2-byte characters are accepted for both numerals and alphabets. Capital letters should be entered with the Shift key pressed.
Q."Your temporary registration has been expired or you are already registered."
A.This message may be displayed if more than 24 hours have passed between the instant when you receive a "Registration accepted" e-mail and when you try to access the site to complete registration.
Your temporary registration is cancelled after 24 hours. Please repeat the entire user registration process.
Q."Enter XXX," "Select XXX," "XXX appears incorrect," "XXX does not match YYY," etc.
A.Check the information that corresponds with XXX or YYY and try again.
