Send an E-Mail


  • By sending an e-mail to the support, you cannot register with our site our purchase tickets, or to change or cancel once purchased tickets.
  • All inquiries will be responded on a first-come, first-served basis within our business hours (10:00-18:00 Japan time, closed on the year end/New Year holidays), but please note some questions may require longer to answer and in some cases we will not be able to provide any answers.
  • Our responses are intended to answer specific questions sent from our customers.
    The responses customers receive cannot, in whole or in part, be diverted to other purposes, put to secondary uses or disclosed to anyone other than the original inquirers, unless otherwise permitted by Shochiku. Such other purposes and secondary uses include uses in blogs or bulletin boards.
  • We are increasingly experiencing returned e-mails from customers using free e-mail accounts or due to anti-spam settings. Please check the settings of your service provider and e-mail software before sending the request.
  • Please check your e-mail address once again so that our responses may reach you.
  • Any personal information provided in the course of requesting support will be used for the purpose of "providing answers to inquiries."
